It is not a very joyful process but it is necessary and can prevent a future crisis.
When you pause, some other areas in your life take a pause too. This tends to cause worry in no small way. It is as if all you've been working for will suffer a setback. But you soon remember what is really important; doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing and not getting distracted by other people's activities.
Dreams are not achieved on a one way street, nevertheless, focus is key.
